This condo has an inviting, tropical layout with phenomenal Gulf views from a spacious tenth floor balcony. The living area features an upscale Caribbean inspired sofa, two armchairs, a great flatscreen TV with a console table, a DVD player, and access to your spacious balcony. You will enjoy the upgraded kitchen everything you need to make a home cooked meal as well as upgraded appliances, a custom backsplash, and granite countertops. There is plenty of seating with a dining table for six as well as several bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom has custom island style bedding, a large flat screen TV, and access to a private full bathroom. The primary bathroom features a wonderful large tub, a separate shower, and dual vanities. The first guest bedroom offers a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and access to a full bathroom. The second guest bedroom designer bedding, a flatscreen TV, and access to a full bathroom. Both of the guest bedrooms have access to a second balcony that faces the bay side with beautiful views.

Summary: Condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for the minimal cooking we did. Beds are comfortable. Great view from the balcony. Two things to improve: the sofa is passing its prime, although it was good enough. And there are so many outlets powered by switches -- identifying which outlets and switches are connected would be helpful, especially in the master bed/bath.
