Only 19 minutes from Tampa International Airport and a short 14 minute drive to our beautiful white sand beaches! If the sand is not your thing, take advantage of the year-round heated pool located directly across from the building! There is a lot to do nearby, making it easy to find something to suit everyone’s tastes!
This condo is centrally located to everything within the Clearwater/St. Pete/Tampa area; popular tourist attractions, beautiful white sand beaches, amazing restaurants, and just a short drive to Busch Gardens, Disney World, and Universal Studios!
It sits off of the road in the back of the neighborhood in a quiet, park-like setting. Directly outside of the entrance to the community is a huge selection of restaurants and shopping that will make it easy to find something for everyone and conveniently grab things that you may need during your stay!
It’s a 7-mile, direct route down the road (literally 14 minutes) to the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and waterfront tourist areas. Summary: Place was just as we were told. Nice having 3 heated pools on site, as well as laundry. 8 miles to beaches, lots of restaurants near by. Would stay here again.
