Only two room and one full bathroom in nice and quiet neighborhood. Separate from the main part of the house. Private entrance with no shared areas. No living room or kitchen. No wash machine. There is a small yard. Free parking on the right side of driveway. Within 15 minute drive to beach, naval station, wedding venues, Newport, beaches and much more. Summary: The property was clean and I have to say that the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable but I can't speak to the one in the foyer. The stairs going up to the door a little difficult when negotiating luggage I suppose that cannot be helped. But we didn't like about this place is it it's not a two-bedroom apartment. What's this is is a bedroom and bathroom a back entrance and a vestibule that was cleaved off from the main house. So you open the door and you're in the first so-called bedroom with a small bed up against the wall. Also in that room is a small refrigerator and a breakfast bar which is a shelf for the coffee maker. There's also a microwave on top of the fridge which is on the other side of the room. A pantry door in the hallway will you plates and glasses etc. Not very many towels for two people. But back to the layout it really is uncomfortable. We expected a real kitchen or at least a kitchenette and not a bed when you open the door. It felt crowded unless you wanted to use the main bedroom as a living room because there was a TV there. Also the bar is rather primitive and the furniture is just very much whatever they have laying around. So I don't think it's worth the price. It is a very nice Suburban neighborhood in Middletown not far from Newport so that's something. But we were there for the classical music festival and we'll try another place next time. We want a real apartment with two bedrooms.
