Fun, recently updated family retreat in Eastham! Just one lot back from Great Pond this home offers easy access to the best fresh water swimming and kayaking on The Cape. Simply stroll down the path and put one of the provided kayaks in and paddle around Eastham's 109 acre Great pond. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just around the corner and the Visitor's Center for Cape Cod National Seashore is just a bit farther. Large family living room, dining and kitchen area for everyone to gather as well as two great decks for outdoor living. Patio with lovely seating area TWO outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Ping pong in the garage for kids young and old. Sleeps 12 people! Air conditioned throughout. the Main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. "Mews' over garage with 2 bedrooms , 1 bath and private deck with nice private entrances make this perfect for visiting guests (or grandparents taking a break from the chaos). Fire pit, large yard and kayaks allow for plenty of fun in and out of the sun. Corn Hole, ladder ball, crochet, wiffle ball, bocce, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas all provided.
House is recently renovated with all new mattresses and sparkling clean interior. New patio and decking installed in 2019. One minute walk to lifeguarded beach, or quick access to shoreline for fishing and kayaking,
