There are also two (2) high-top bars with seating - fitting for work, study, scrolling, & bird watching.

Bellville is a quaint, small town in the heart of Bluebonnet country. It sits in the low prairie, just about 45 minutes from the west side of Houston.
It is conveniently located to Antique hotspots, wineries, and various outdoor recreational attractions (biking, state parks, hunting, fishing, etc.).
The neighborhood is just a short stroll from the Historic Square in Downtown Bellville and it's restaurants, pub, shops, and other businesses.

You can easily stroll to the Historic Downtown Square in 2-3 minutes, for food, pub, shopping.
There are parks north and south of The Ferns, also a short walk, including pickle-ball courts.
Please note that The Ferns is a low-screen environment. While there is no TV in the Clubhouse, there is a Smart TV in the Pavilion connected to various streaming services.
There is no kitchen in The Clubhouse -- there is a shared, full kitchen in the Pavilion.

Noise or disturbance, and/or damage will incur a $500 fee plus the costs of repair, maintenance, and any other remedy; the reservation fees collected may not be refunded and you may be asked to leave.
