Welcome to The Family Lodge! Awesome home in a four season amenity filled community just an hour from the Delaware Water Gap. Home is about half a mile from the community ski hill, art center, and the Main Lodge, which contains a swimming pool and beach on Roamingwood Lake. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large great room with vaulted ceilings, new kitchen with granite counter tops, and a living room gas fireplace. The sliding glass doors in the living room lead to the large rear deck with a grill and large picnic table. The lower level has an awesome family room with a pool table, ping pong table, and dart board. Relax in the hot tub, which is right outside the family room in the enclosed porch. Downstairs also features an additional bedroom and full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Enjoy spending time with friends and family relaxing by the outdoor fire pit!
Hot tub is cleaned by a licensed, certified hot tub maintenance company and is guaranteed,
*****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice. *****
