OVERVIEW: This gorgeous three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhome sleeps comfortably for ten people and offers fantastic community amenities. This townhome is fully equipped for a stress-free vacation, offering upgraded appliances, granite countertops, gorgeous hardwood flooring, nicely decorated, custom built-in cabinetry, and three sitting areas. The ground level offers a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a rear patio with a propane grill. Two primary bedrooms are on the third level, with a huge spa-like bathroom. The second level provides your dining area, living room, another sitting area, and access to a lovely balcony with pond views.
LOCATION: Beautifully landscaped community, picturesque walking paths throughout the community, East of Rt. 1, less than 2 miles from our famous Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, a leisurely bike ride to downtown, and even closer to the tax-free Tanger Outlets. The first two community pools, clubhouses, and gyms are steps away from home. That's right; this community has two pools, gyms, and clubhouses. There is a fenced-in playground available with tennis & basketball courts. Access the Junction and Breakwater bike trail, which is located across from the community entrance. Bike downtown Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the finest restaurants, relax on the beach, or enjoy the boardwalk.
PARKING: Private driveway for four cars.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, central AC, washer, dryer, well-appointed kitchen, fantastic community amenities, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not provided. However, we do offer a rental package. Reservations must be seven nights or longer. No pets and no smoking.

Summary: Master bedroom has a plastic mattress cover that could not be removed as the mattress was fully zipped inside - the sheets would not stay on the bed and any time you moved, you heard the plastic crinkle beneath you. The kitchen is very nice and well appointed with dishes, cookware, cups and utensils. The deck could be very nice - there is a wasp nest directly above the seating area of the deck which was reported and needs attention.
