Apartment is located in prime central part of Brooklyn - Clinton Hill. It's a minute of walking from the subway station on the lovely brownstone block. It's also within a 10-minute subway ride from downtown Manhattan on a subway C line.
Local supermarkets are within walking for food shopping. There are nice parks within a few minutes. Lovely cafes and restaurants are located on the nearby blocks.

This adorable space features a cozy living room with a futon and air mattress for extra guests. Apartment is clean, comfortable, well-furnished and spacious with high ceilings. It's a quiet apartment with very thick soundproof walls. Entire apartment has hardwood floors. We have plenty storage space for clothes. It has all the amenities and appliances needed including a washer/dryer combo and a dish-washer.
Building is secure as you need keys to access it or have to buzz in guests to enter. Mailbox is located inside the building.
We've lived here for a year and a half. It's convenient and easily accessible to go anywhere in NYC.
