Summary: Work needs to be done before it’s rented. Cleaning and small repairs. Proper linens, stock the kitchen. We left some supplies for the next guest. Overall it’s a ok place. Listed as 4 bedroom, it’s 3 with a bed set up in the front room. Listed as 2 1/2 bath, no half bath. We took pictures of everything when we arrived and when we left to document the conditions.
