My bucolic house facing the hill.
This is my main residence: it is rented for vacation or travel weeks: spring - especially summer - fall.
The interior was redone in almost all last summer: it offers its calm, its serenity, to all those eager to relax and respectful of this pretty space and its environment.
Ideal for 1 or 2 couple (s) with children, friends ... It is not suitable for groups.
It is a very pleasant and bright house of around 145m2 with a summer kitchen closed like a glass roof (a real kitchen!) with shower and wc, on the ground floor, facing the swimming pool and adjoining the beautiful covered terrace where there is a large table with 6 chairs and a sofa: this is the privileged living space in the hot summer season!
A very large swimming pool where it is good to regenerate during hot hours but also after walks in the hinterland, outings to the beach or more cultural outings ...
The garden will offer you its tomatoes and aromatics ...
The house offers:
1 large entrance,
1 large room of around 60m2:
- with open kitchen (separate) and opening onto the west terrace with hammock, small sofas,
- Dining room opening onto large terrace with magnificent view of the hill with table and chairs and armchairs.
- Living room with corner sofa and TV,
3 rooms:
- 1 master bedroom of 25m2: bedding in 160 with wc, basin and spa bath only.
- 1 guest bedroom of 25m2: 160 bedding (2x80) with wc and shower
- 1 large mezzanine bedroom: 160 bedding (en2x80)
- 1 independent bathroom,
- 1 separate toilet
Montpezat is ideally located in a corner of the countryside 15 minutes from Nîmes, 15 minutes from Sommières, 20 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from Montpellier and the beaches of Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte.
In Montpezat you will find a baker and a cafe / tobacco / newspapers: the village is accessible by car in 5 minutes and on foot by a small path in the garrigue in 15 minutes ...: it's an unmissable walk so pretty!
What a treat to go get his fresh bread while jogging or just his morning bucolic walk! Motorway access 20 minutes to reach Montpellier, Arles, Avignon or for a getaway to Marseille ...
