(4 bedrooms total) and is just steps from the sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is also within walking distance of some of the best local restaurants! Maximum capacity of TEN guests!

Summary: This condo is spacious and inviting. It is an older unit, but decor has been recently updated. The kitchen is well furnished. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the unit. This unit easily accommodated my family of seven, with room for more if we had needed it. The pool area is very nice and access to the beach is amazing. However, the floors definitely were not cleaned before our arrival. They were covered in sand and other remnants from the previous renters. There was a dirty washcloth in the whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. Trash had been taken out before we arrived, but when we took out our own trash for the first time, we did find crackers, food, dirt, etc., in the bottom of the trashcan, underneath our trash bag. Parking in the garage is extremely difficult. The spot allotted for this unit is one large spot designed for two midsize vehicles. It is very tight, getting two vehicles in the spot. Just how complicated the parking would be was not communicated with us before the stay, and it is certainly not described in the listing for the unit. When we reached out to the building manager and property manager With questions about alternate parking arrangements, they were extremely rude and difficult to talk to. If I based my decision of whether or not to stay in this unit again on the courteousness of the building manager and property manager, then I would never stay here again.
