This two story 3-bedroom 3.5 bath front house has a generous master bedroom facing the bay front, with plenty of windows to capture the essence of island living. The other two guest bedrooms each have their own bathrooms to complete the upstairs living space. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a dining area just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, containing all the essentials with direct access to the garage close by. There is an oversized one car garage with a washer/dryer included in the space. Located off the garage on the street is an extra oversized parking spot.
