Positive: the condos are new with private pools for every two bldgs. rooftop and unit balconies provide outdoor exposure. apartment was clean and cozy with built-in closets and drawers in bedroom. condos have security gates w well-lit grounds and located between Tulum city and South Tulum providing easy access to local venues as well as best local beach clubs. newly paved Calle 29th off Kukulkun delivers you within one block of Areia Tulum complex to avoid endless blocks of dusty dirt streets. Araceli is very conscientious hostess and extremely helpful when adjusting to Tulum culture and locating resources. i stayed a month and plan to return to Tulum and hope this condo will be available.
Negative: no washer/dryer in units but Araceli is planning to add. as with the rest of Mexico, drinking tap water is not advisable so bottled 10L water bottles are necessary. fridge has refillable built-in water reservoir in door to provide chilled drinking water.
