Two courtyards- front courtyard has garden, paving, table and chairs and new Weber Q barbecue overlooking the ocean. Rear courtyard has table and chairs - perfect for an early morning coffee.
The apartment is furnished with French antiques, vintage and modern pieces. It is light-filled and spacious.

Eric Street Shopping centre (Supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, fashion, and health club) is two blocks away. Tennis and golf clubs are within five minutes walk. A regular bus service runs along Eric Street, stopping directly outside the apartment building. Less than 10 minutes walk to Grant Street railway station. Claremont's Bayview Terrace and Cottesloe's Napoleon Street a couple of minutes away by car. Perth city and Fremantle are both 10-15 minutes away by car.
