Stunning & spacious apartment in exclusive area of Limassol close to all amenities yet set in quiet residential area. Only 300 meters from the sea with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by as are links to local transport and taxis. Car not essential if guests want a one center holiday in Limassol. This is set in a complex with a superb private pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. Air conditioned throughout the apartment has been furnished to the highest standard. It has an open plan kitchen/living/ dining area , TV, DVD player and CD player. Two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the second with two twin beds. The living room has a double sofa bed to accommodate two more guests. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and one with a full bath, one is en-suite to the master bedroom. An undercover parking space is available for the exclusive use of guests.

Summary: Nice large apartment with big sun terrace overlooking the pool and pleasant gardens. The apartment was very clean with modern furnishings and equipment. Plenty of towels but would have appreciated a change of bed linen as it was very hot when we were there. The swimming pool and surrounding area was excellent and very well kept. Felt very safe as gates were locked and security guard on duty overnight. Good place to stay for couples or families but If we had been staying longer we would have hired a car as it was a long walk in the heat to get to the main road.
