Cook and enjoy time together in a bright and beautiful kitchen. Kick back on a comfy sofa with smart TV, separate desk/office area, 5 queen beds, 1 twin bed and a sofa to sleep on. Dining space for 12 guests, and a breakfast table for 3. 2 full modern baths.
Outdoor chairs, a fire pit, and a small grill (bring your own wood and grilling supplies) to enjoy the fenced back yard filled with fruit trees.

This newly renovated 1928 home in Waukegan's beautiful historic district has always been a space for gathering with friends and family. Your group will enjoy plenty of space to hang out, cook, watch TV and play. The five bedrooms gives ample privacy for individuals and couples. The fifth bedroom two spaces with a queen bed in one space and a twin in the other.

Summary: Me and a few friends decided to rent this property as part of a birthday celebration for me. The owner was very communicative and polite. The house was well kept and very clean and the overall area appeared to be pretty nice minus the fact that one of the neighbors appear to be horders. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend.
