Large house of approx. 145 m2 on three floors. The house is well equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine and sauna in fully functional condition. An excellent accommodation suitable for families, friends in a group or golfers. 1 parking space is included but it is also possible to park additional cars for an extra cost. The house offers a larger family room with a kitchen where you can socialize. A very child-friendly house with a large terrace at the back and a playground within 50-100 meters.
As a tenant, you can use the entire house including the sauna.
