You like a rental with lots of space you got it! There is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a Florida room and a fenced backyard. 3 rooms have regular beds.
And there’s an air mattress in the 4th bedroom and in the office
Newer model stairlift is available for disabled tenant(s) There’s a patio area where you can shoot basketball or barbecue and a fenced backyard.
The kitchen comes with basic supplies so you can cook a nice meal. And if there’s anything that’s not in there let us know we’ll get it for you.
That goes for anything in the house as well if there’s some thing of necessity that is missing all you have questions or concerns let us know and give us the opportunity to fix it.
