The Space:
Welcome to your temporary home! Situated on a corner lot, the beautiful front yard and charming brick exterior welcome you. Feel free to park up in the 2-car garage, unload your bags, and head on in to check out your home. Inside, the home has a great layout with an amazing entryway. The magnificent rotunda with double tray ceiling in the foyer is the focal point. You’ll have loads of room in this bright and spacious home.
You’ll have two separate living rooms perfect for hanging out in. There is a more formal front room and a cozy family room that opens to the kitchen. Gather around the fireplace on the beautiful furniture to play games, watch TV, or just chat about your trip.
You’ll have your very own huge open kitchen that will be a delight to cook in. It has a large granite island offering plenty of counter space and built-in appliances. It’s fully equipped so you’ll have everything you need whether you’re whipping up your own fresh meals or just enjoying some delicious local takeout. You’ll have a formal dining area where you can have your meals or enjoy them in the breakfast area right beside the kitchen.
With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, we can easily accommodate a larger group. All of the bedrooms are spacious and designed for maximum comfort and include lavish linens to ensure you get a good night’s rest. The bathrooms are all clean and inviting, with the master bath featuring a soaking tub and double vanities.
The gorgeous sunroom leading out to the backyard is a great spot to start your days and enjoy that sunny Texas weather. You will love the spacious backyard that offers tons of green space. It’s an ideal spot to soak up some rays and spend time outdoors.

Your vacation home is located in Carrollton, Texas. You’ll be conveniently close to DFW airport (just 15 minutes away!) and exciting downtown Dallas, which is 30 minutes away.
While you’ll definitely want to check out the many attractions in Dallas, there’s plenty of lesser known attractions nearby. The Dr. Pepper StarCenter ice rink is located 20 minutes away; Sherrill Park Golf Course and the Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances, are both just 25 minutes away. If you’re interested in shopping, you can find amazing deals at Allen Premium Outlets or The Galleria Dallas, a high-end shopping center, both 20 minutes away.
The city also has several amazing parks you absolutely must check out. Prairie Creek Park is known for its scenic landscapes and vibrant flowers and plants. It also features a gorgeous waterfall right in the center of the park, the perfect spot to take some Instagram-worthy pictures. Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center can be found in lush woodland just outside of nearby Richardson. It’s the ideal spot to find some peace and solitude. Perfect for walking, biking, or hiking, there are over 5 miles of trails to take in the tranquil scenery. Even closer to home, Elm Fork Nature Preserve is 12 minutes away and offers a trail for walks through the woodlands, as well as a small pond. Mary Heads Carter Park offers a great playground and Columbian Club Lake is an ideal spot for fishing — both spots are just 15 minutes away!
Finally, you must visit Historic Downtown Carrollton just 12 minutes away. It’s a great place to shop, eat, and enjoy with family and friends. The area has over 100 years of history, while also having restored shops, amazing restaurants, live entertainment, fun events, and a wonderful atmosphere.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
