Welcome to Solterra Enchantment, a luxurious and sophisticated 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation villa located in the gated Solterra Resort, Davenport, Florida. Designed to provide comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable memories, this spacious home can accommodate up to 12 guests with its elegant bedrooms and open-concept living areas. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this villa is just a short 20-minute drive to Walt Disney World and minutes away from other top attractions in Orlando!
Reservation & Parking Information
All guests must have their reservation details and ID ready upon arrival for security at the gate. Parking passes will be issued through the clubhouse, and there is a strict limit of 5 vehicles per home. Vehicles without parking passes will be towed. For larger groups, a resort fee of $35 will be applied for up to 13 guests, and $45 for 14 or more guests.

This bright and sunlit home features an open-plan living room with two comfortable sofas and an additional chair. It’s the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring, watch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV, or plan the next day's adventure.
Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, from a quick breakfast to a Sunday dinner. It offers seating for 8 at the dining table, 4 at the breakfast nook, and 4 more at the kitchen bar—perfect for enjoying meals together or quick snacks throughout the day.
Private Pool & Spa
Step out onto your private screened-in patio, where you’ll find a beautiful swimming pool and spillover spa, perfect for cooling off in the Florida sunshine. Optional pool heating is available for $35/day (please request 7 days prior to arrival). Enjoy lounging on the outdoor furniture or dining al fresco by the pool.

Bring out your competitive spirit in the fully equipped game room, featuring a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey. It’s the ideal space for family fun and entertainment.

Summary: The villa is great for a big family all the rooms are a nice size and the down stairs bedroom was especially good for me as I have trouble with stairs. There was a good veriaty of cooking utensils and plenty of space for the chefs amongst you. The pool and hot tub were clean and a family size. The only downside was the bed in the downstairs room could do with a new mattress it was a little past it. The site is very good plenty going on but a little pricey. We were there for the and it was a good base to get around the parks.
