Dramatic six-level contemporary home with brand new whole house air conditioning system in 2020. Just two-tenths of a mile to The Cape Cod Rail Trail. Homeowners association access to the freshwater of Blueberry Pond which is great for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. A great room with cathedral ceiling, skylights and hardwood flooring is located at the top level to take advantage of the panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay, inside or from the adjoining deck. A covered porch on the same level is perfect for dining al fresco. A few steps down is the kitchen and dining area with water views and its own deck. Six bedrooms (including 2 masters with en suite baths) are on the levels below. The ground level features a spacious family room that opens out onto a brick patio and lovely lawn. The saltwater of Cape Cod Bay at Linnell Landing is just under two miles away. With accommodations for a maximum of 10 adults and up to 16 people, this home is great for an extended family vacation!

Summary: We thought the stairs were going to be a problem for the little ones but they weren't. They do have Gates if you need to gate your small children in. The playroom and the great room give you room to spread out. The two bunk rooms are really only suitable for children.
