Summary: The place has 4 good size bdrms and 3 full baths . We had 6 adults and 5 kids 10 and under and there was plenty of room. We did cook breakfast twice. Plenty of utensils. Nice hot tub. Nice fireplace! The place is very close to Dollywood. The house is on a steep hill but once you do it once, it’s ok. Not nearly as bad as some I’ve done in that area! Only complaint I had is that if you are a light sleeper, this may be a rough place for you. The stairs squeak really bad. You hear everything when anyone gets up to use the bathroom or gets up early. You don’t notice during the day as much but at night when it’s quiet, stairs make a lot of noise! Never woke kids up though! Overall, we had a great time!!!
