Positive: The staff was friendly and fair. Communication with host was fine though booking. The apartment was spacious with acces to an indoor pool and a little supermarked. Walking distance to Ben Thanh Market and district One. The street was lively and close to supermarked, dining and drinking. Easy access to Grab.
Negative: Booking.com has not reported kids, so we didn’t have enough bathtowel. The bathroom didn’t have any towels for washing hands. There wasnt any linen for the couch in the living room. We choose to pay extra for extra towels and linen. The apartment was not well maintained. Cleaning could be better. The lower levels noise from the street.
