4 Bedroom House in Kempner

Your place will be a 4 bed, 2 bath brick home with over 3 acres of outdoor space.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser for clothes, TV, a sound machine, and private bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity.
The first bedroom is huge and has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third room has a bunkbed. All linens are provided and washed in hot water between guests.
The secondary bathroom has a bathtub with shower along with plenty of towels.
In the living area, there is a large sectional with enough room for everyone to curl up and enjoy a movie on the 65" smart TV that is connected to Disney+, Hulu, Prime, and Discovery+.
In the kitchen; a full size fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and coffee maker along with plenty of dishes, cooking, eating utensils, and dishwasher.
There is a bonus room that is currently our office. It will be set up as an additional living space/game room with a foosball table.
In the laundry room, you'll find a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
We welcome dogs of any size. There is lots of space for them to run and play!
30amp RV hookup available for an additional fee.
