Spend your Marinette County northwoods snowmobile trip at this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath house, featuring new appliances, direct TV, and whole home Generac to keep you going if winter weather knocks the power out. Comfy living room with 3 recliners and direct TV, large kitchen w all cooking supplies, this house sleeps 6 to 8 with one king bed, one queen, one full, plus queen and twin auto-inflate air mattresses. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, cookware, utensils, etc. Space includes 2 full bathrooms, linens, towels, toilet paper, and shampoo. With pristine lakes and parks nearby, this is a perfect all-season property to use as home base as you hunt, fish, snowmobile, ride ATVs, swim, etc. This is a non-smoking, no-pet property. Smokers may smoke outdoors on the covered porch with two benches. You will have the whole house to yourself, and if you need anything, the property manager lives close by. Manager will meet you at the house upon arrival to give you keys and answer questions. Of course, you can also call the owners with questions as well.
