This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home can accommodate up to 16 guests and comes equipped with all the amenities, including a game room and a backyard landscaped area. This home is just minutes away from Downtown LA, the LAC & USC Medical Centers, Downtown Courthouses, the Art's District, Little Tokyo, nightlife, and many more. There is also easy access to 5, 10, 710, and 60 freeways and the LA Metro.
We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet, Nest Thermostat, and keyless entry. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. The laundry room comes equipped with a brand new washer and dryer. The garage was converted to a game room that features a pool table and foosball table for your enjoyment. Our backyard allows you to enjoy the Southern California sunshine.
We provide 4 parking spaces inside the property. 2 cars can park in front of the garage and 2 more on the backyard entrance. Entrance to the home is from the side alley.
While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Noise sensors and external cameras have been installed to monitor the property for any unruly events and parties.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
