Enjoy your summer with a getaway at this newly renovated Narragansett home.
This home is close to the beautiful beaches of Narragansett but centrally located to enjoy all Rhode Island has to offer in the summer. Go to the beach by day and enjoy Newport night life or the Providence Waterfire events in the evening. The home is situated in the quiet Edgewater neighborhood minutes to Newport, Jamestown, Narragansett Town Beach/Pier, Galilee, Pt Judith, local restaurants. Edgewater offers a small private neighborhood beach just two blocks away where you can swim or launch Kayaks in the upper part of Narrow River.
This newly renovated home is 1,935 sq ft. It has new appliances and all the comforts of home. The huge kitchen area has cathedral ceilings with skylights and plenty of room to use as a dining area or family room. The first floor includes a full bathroom, queen bedroom and another famijly room/bedroom room that has a queen sleeper sofa (with a memory foam mattress).
There is a deck from the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee while viewing the mature plants and flower garden in the fenced in yard.
Last but not least, the family friendly neighborhood allows guests to relax away from the summer crowds. We (owners of the property) are only a few miles away and can be available to address any issues if needed.

Summary: House was very nice and spacious. Neighborhood convenient. Only issue was the friend under our upstairs bedroom is an insomniac and heard every footstep we made ! So a poor sleeper should take upstairs! Otherwise the house met our needs very well.
