Unit offers, laundry in lower level, 2 car parking, Patio, and spacious grass area.
The condo was recently remodeled and everything is new/newer. Beautiful finishes, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, walk in shower with glass shower door. Unit has central AC and Heat. Hardwood/carpet floors thru out, Leather couches and 65" tv in living room. All beds and mattress are new 10" mix memory foam and traditional. 2 sets of laundry are in lower level. Neighborhood is extremely safe, family neighborhood. There is a patio set to enjoy. Good size grass area next to the patio. There is parking for 2 cars if needed.
