Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch, or dinner you cook on our grill under the stars in the huge fenced-in backyard. Sit at the Picnic table, at the fire pit with seats surrounding it or lay in the hammock for a relaxing stay in the heart of Nashville. Less than 10 minutes from the bars on Broadway!
This is a cozy, spacious & quiet home. Tons of space - perfect for large groups or for anyone traveling alone on business. Plenty of FREE parking at the house. You are close to several notable East Nashville establishments where you can find some of the best food, drinks, and coffee all within Nashville! The convenience factor is also a major highlight as it is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to nearly anywhere in the city!

The house comes equipped with a washer/dryer, high-speed internet and smart TVs that include all the apps you would want. There are 2 TVs - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
DOWNSTAIRS LAYOUT:
The first level of the home is comprised of a living room that open up into the kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms (one with a Queen bed, the other with 2 Twin beds) and a full size Bathroom. The couch in the living room turns into a sleeper sofa. The front patio of the house has outdoor seating. Enter the backyard through the doors by the dining room area. This will lead you to a fully fenced in backyard where you will find a grill, picnic table, fire pit with seating surrounding it and a hammock. Easy to get into the house via a keypad entry, so no keys to worry about. Please note the fireplace is not available for use and you will need to bring your own propane tank for the grill.
UPSTAIRS LAYOUT:
Walk up the stairs and you will find the master bedroom which includes a comfortable King size bed, Smart TV with apps and a Futon couch. There is also a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
GETTING AROUND:
Vibrant East Nashville will be right at your fingertips and you're only a short Uber/Lyft ride away from anywhere in the city! The house is nestled away enough that it feels like you are able to escape the hustle of the city but, close enough that getting to the nearby bar/restaurant scene takes virtually minutes.
We are also located a few miles from some incredible outdoor spaces! Shelby Bottoms Park, Centennial Park, Radnor Lake and Percy Warner Lake are all surrounding the city. Shelby Bottoms Greenway is the absolute perfect place to go for a walk, hang up your hammock or enjoy a picnic with a book in the outdoors.
The neighborhood is safe, quiet, peaceful and easy to navigate. If you want to be able to enjoy everything the city has to offer but, be able to come home to a quiet and peaceful place to sleep and relax at the end of the day, this is the perfect place for you!
ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know and you will get charged a large fee if you do! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the trash can. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.
You will have 100% access to this home. There is a keypad entry, so no keys to worry about and easy access into the home.
