This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo with a private entrance features a large well-stocked kitchen, spacious living room, separate dedicated office space including work desk, A/C & private patio. Centrally located - just a 10 minute walk from the ferry as well as easy access to the beach.
The condo features an exclusive use private patio perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The open-concept living and dining area includes a table perfect for meals as well as spacious living room - a great place to gather with friends to relax or watch the 55" Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is huge with lots of natural light from skylights and a bank of windows. The first floor den features a sofa as well as a desk with a monitor making remote work easy! There are two comfortable bedrooms: the first is located downstairs with a queen-sized bed. The second is located upstairs and also has a queen-sized bed. The upstairs bedroom also has an en-suite half-bath.
No need to drive! Guests can conveniently walk to all of the action on Commercial Street in just minutes. Just outside your doorstep you'll find shopping, dining, and entertainment. In addition, you'll find public beach access nearby. Wireless high-speed internet and expanded cable TV provided. Reserved parking for one car, New Split A/C units and washer/dryer are included as well as linens and towels.
