This is your place to crash! Very spacious 4br, 2 bath property, a whopping 2140SQFT on an 8000SQFT lot! A short ~15 min drive to IAH Airport.
4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the other three bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway. Each room is equipped with a work desk, with the Master Bedroom having its own complementary laptop and printer you can use! A spacious 4 car driveway, and a 2 car garage. Enjoy the backyard facing nature and the woods, with a deck, patio seating, and a BBQ grill. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and enjoy the spacious and beautiful living room with a huge TV and sectional couch.

Modern house with carpet in a single story house with no stairs, 20 mins The Woodlands. 30 mins downtown Houston. 15 mins Houston Intercontinental Bush Airport (IAH). A 5 minute walk to a lake with a small walking trail! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This post is specifically for the entire house for 8 people max. The entire neighborhood is very quiet as well. There is barely any noise. Guaranteed the most peaceful and quiet sleep you'll get!
Garage parking, HE washer, gas dryer, dishwasher, gas range and oven, microwave, fridge, 85“ 4k smart TV in living room, 1 Gigabit Fiber optic internet, security system. Each room comes furnished with linens, two full size beds in each room (queen bed in the master bedroom), a nightstand, lamp, swivel TV wall mount, color changing light bulbs, ceiling fan, clock, 58“/55“/43“ 4K smart TVs, walk in closet, and blackout curtains with window blinds.
Hello! For the comfort of all guests, it is very important that the house rules be followed.
1) Please lock the door behind you when you are arriving or leaving the house
2) Please take off your shoes upon entry to keep the floors clean, there are shoe racks near the front door to place your shoes
3) You are limited to only the amount of guests you listed in your request; no unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
4) What sets this listing apart from all the others is that there is NO cleaning fee. Because of this, it is very important for guests to keep it that way by cleaning up after themselves. Please keep your bedroom and shared spaces tidy and clean, wash your dishes, clean lint filter after use, clean countertop after use, etc.
5) Receiving mail or packages addressed to the property is not allowed
6) Eating in bedrooms isn't allowed to help avoid unwanted pests, there is a dining table in the kitchen available
7) Smoking inside is strictly prohibited ($300 fee)
