Summary: The house was larger than it seemed from pictures, it was clean and spacious. The pool area and patio were wonderful. You can walk to the park from the house, which we did a couple of mornings with our kids. Everything is about 5 mins from here, we parked at the South Beach public parking lot to access the beach. I'd recommend this location to a friend, our girls spent a lot of time in the pool and playing in the house.
