3 Bedroom House in Destin

This newly renovated townhome is within walking distance of a private beach and is located at the Shoreline Towers condominium complex in a quiet area in the heart of Destin. The townhome is spacious, with 1700 sqft and two stories. The bedrooms are located upstairs and have private bathrooms. There is a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. The balcony overlooks a lake, offering a relaxing view. The updated all-white kitchen has a wine cooler and all the tools you'll need to prepare meals and snacks.
The space
The townhome is very spacious and private. The flooring was recently replaced with luxury vinyl, and the bathrooms were completely remodeled.
Each bedroom has its full bathroom, and there is a half-bath downstairs.
The second bedroom has partial ocean views and lake views as well.
A dedicated workspace with split air conditioning is perfect if you work remotely. The internet is also stable and fast!
There is a screened porch where you can relax and watch the sunset.
If you are a fisherman, the lake has several varieties of fish, and fishing is allowed; some guests have pictures of their catch.
There is also a wine cooler for your favorite wine and cold drinks.
The house is so welcoming and comfortable that you will not want to leave.
BEACH RULES
- No tents, tarps, or canopies are allowed on the beach. In addition, no outside umbrellas are allowed when Beach Service is available (March to October).

Guests have the entire townhome (no sharing spaces), including an in-unit washer and dryer.
Several stores, such as Target, Hobby Lobby, Walgreens, Publix and Win-Dixie, are within walking distance from the townhome (0.7 miles). In addition, several restaurants such as Mimo's (Italian), La Paz (Mexican), The Panckakery, Lone Wolf Pizza, McDonald's, Bric a Brac (American), and Louisiana Lagniappe (Cajun) are also within walking distance from the townhome.
Other things to note
Trailers, boats, R.V.s, jet skis, etc are prohibited on Shoreline Towers property.
NO early check-in, NO late check-out.
NO daily housekeeper or NO daily replacement of bath towels during your stay.
