Conveniently located right at Downtown and Southtown/Lavaca—a hip, eclectic neighborhood—this 3 bedroom/2 bath home (with driveway parking) is just blocks from the Riverwalk/Rivercenter, the Alamo, the Blue Star Arts Complex, the Henry B Gonzales Convention Center and the Alamodome.
Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No more than 6 people on the property at any time.
The neighborhood is full of child-friendly parks and playgrounds, exciting nightlife and amazing, award-winning, eclectic dining.
You can easily walk to everything downtown from here: The Riverwalk, FIESTA, NIOSA, Alamodome, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center, King William, the Riverwalk, The Alamo, Rivercenter Mall, Ripley's Believe It it Not & the Wax Museum, numerous local distilleries and breweries, The Blue Star Arts District, Magik Children's Theatre, and more.

Summary: We had the best time! We were celebrating our group of high school girlfriends all turning 50 this year, and this property provided everything we needed! The house was clean and well-appointed, and the host included a lot of really nice personal touches. The weather was perfect, and the location was easily walkable to the Riverwalk and a bunch of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
