Welcome to Southside Townie!
This fun and newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath loft is in the beating heart of Southside Chattanooga. There is always something happening in the Southside, and this lovely modern townhouse is the perfect launching pad for you to stroll or pedal a rental bike through the city and sample the local art, shopping, and culinary experiences.
Featuring an airy, open plan, this three-level loft first welcomes you into its tasteful kitchen/living room space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils.
The second level features a king-bed master suite with a bathroom and washer/dryer. On the third level is a full-bed sleeping area that opens onto a rooftop balcony, furnished with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining or just relaxing and enjoying a sunset after a long day of exploration. To access the 3rd level bedroom you must walk through the 2nd floor bedroom. On the third-level balcony, you will also have stunning views of Lookout Mountain! The balcony was just re-stained and has new furniture as well!
