Positive: The facilities are family friendly.. The apartment itself is big and spacious but there are 2 defects highlighted before check-in. Upon checking in, we found more than 2 defects. Overall it was an unpleasant stay for us but the staff apologised and were really trying their best to make us have a comfortable and pleasant stay for us. We also understand the turnover time is too fast for them to get everything done. Especially when there's a guest before us. Apartment rating: Poor 😭👎🏻 Staff rating: Excellent!! 😊👍🏻
Negative: Upon check-in alot of defects found more than 2 highlighted defects- 1. Room 2 door lock damaged. 2. Common toilet door knob faulty, 3. WiFi poor/slow connection - sometimes no network at all. 4. Ceiling fans remote control not working. 5. Front door light not working.
