On the top half of the lot sits the hot tub with a bird's eye view of Lake Norman alongside multiple seats gathered around a fire pit. Get closer to the action by sitting on the lower level where you can enjoy a night under the string lights while relaxing on the hanging bench swing. Does it get more comfortable? Sure! Head to the dock to catch a tan or cool off under the covered area with a patio fan to fight this North Carolina heat.
Inside, you'll see this home can spaciously sleep up to 11 guests across its three levels, comfortably! Check out the remodeled bathrooms with large marble vanities and rain-style shower heads. The basement-level attached game room is ideal for entertaining with ping pong and a pin ball machine! Keep the competitive streak going while playing a few games of basketball on this home's private basketball court! The fun never stops!
Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Summary: We loved our recent stay with 3 toddlers. Fun for both the adults and the kiddos. Having the little beach area is so nice for the kids. The owners need better pest control though. I have NEVER seen so many roaches in a house. Pretty gross. I realize it’s October and we are at a lake house, but this was quite bad.
