With a preferred location and in exceptional condition, this little gem has a remodeled kitchen and bathroom and is located on the ground floor for your convenience. Throw your cares to the wind as you unwind in this charming, tree-shrouded neighborhood with walking paths and lanes. You will be in walking distance from Fort Zachary’s gorgeous beach and picnic area, Duval Street, Mallory Square and more! The Shipyard also offers a beautiful community pool lined with lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the sun.
