If you are having guest visit or need extra sleeping arrangements there are two full size blow up mattresses to use. South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
