Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo in the South Seas Club with Tennis, Pickle Ball and other outdoor ammenities in the community. Dock rental also available. All new tile floor in this remodeled condo with new sliding doors as well. All new furniture. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and the Guest has a Queen Bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa for children; Not Adults . Both Bedrooms and Living Room have access to the large balcony overlooking the pool area and tigertail beach. See picture perfect sunsets in the summer from the balcony. EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected in the office of South Seas Tower 3.
