The Master bedroom has a King bed, the first Guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds: the two bunks on the bottom are Full size, while the two top bunks are both Twins, the other guest bedroom has a King bed. There is also a Sofa Sleeper in the upstairs living room, allowing the townhome to sleep a total of 12 guests in comfort and ease. This beautiful townhome sits directly on the gulf with a sand trail leading you from your back decks straight to the Gulf. Amenities include: 300 feet of soft white sandy private beach, private parking, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet access, 2 lit tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) w/adjoining kiddie pool, and 5 acre fresh-water fishing lake (catch and release only).
