Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, deck access and sound views. Kitchen with counter seating for 5, dining area seating 4, screened porch and sun deck with sound views. Queen Bedroom with a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway).
Top Level: Features a spacious King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private Soundfront deck with stunning Sound views and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower.
Extras: 3 TVs, screened porch, charcoal grill, 2 refrigerators, pack-n-play, game table, cornhole boards, 2 SUP boards, community soundfront dock, beach chairs and linens and towels provided. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
