Great get-away spot on Topsail Island's Surf City! Enjoy expansive views of the sound and intercoastal waterways from decks while hearing the ocean waves. Peer from the dining window or front bedroom for ocean views. You can create memories in the upscale kitchen, grilling out & making ice cream in the outdoor picnic area. Backyard opens to the sound preserve with lots of room to play and an outdoor shower to wash sandy toes after beach time. Just a 5 minute walk to beach access #11 with restaurants & shops closeby. Our favorite walk is over the scenic Surf City bridge, just a mile away. Nearby Herrings Outdoor Sports has bike and kayak rentals. Enjoy walking for coffee or to the fresh fish market. A favorite, Shaka Taco is also near the bridge. The townhome location on the island's sound is great. You can work or kick back and watch either of the big screen smart tvs with a peaceful sound view from the decks. Sunsets are amazing! Children will enjoy visiting the turtle rescue hospital just south of the bridge and have fun at the bridge playground. And there is golf too! North Shore Golf Course is nearby, and Mini golf is 2 1/2 miles away. Body surfing on the waves is a lot of fun along with watching the surfers. There are ice cream and fudge shops too.
Topsail Charter Fishing has various ventures available. Breweries? There are several nearby-Salty Turtle Beer Co a popular spot, is 2.5 mi. Rent jet-skis or paddle boats along with boating rentals or tours.
Sound Therapy is roomy home, 2100 sq ft with spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom, on the sound, has a king bed, smart tv, two reading chairs and a small sitting table w/2 chairs perfect for laptop set-ups. A great relaxing spot. The second floor guest room has a king bed and a pull-out twin sofa bed. Located on the first level is the third guest room has a queen bed and twin bunks. All beds have new high quality mattresses. The townhome comfortably sleeps 6 adults and up to 3 children in twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. An Pack n play & highchair is available for infants. Additional inflatable mattress upon request.
The townhome is equipped with a video doorbell security camera facing outward at entryway. No inside surveillance cameras. Both the first and second level are accessed by stairs with baby gates for stairway safety.
Sound Therapy is also equipped with Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a beach wagon and plenty of sound toys.
