Comfortably accommodates 8 guests with itβs 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen with all the essentials, and Outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy the Ocean and Sound views. Beach access just steps away ! The first level has the beautifully decorated bedrooms with mounted flat-screen TVs, 2 full baths and washer/dryer. Two bedrooms have Queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second level is Open concept living containing a custom eat in Kitchen, spacious Dining room, comfortable Living room with sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath. Relax on the second level balconyβs and enjoy the Ocean and Sound breezes and views..
For some friendly competition, Enjoy playing the arcade game. 60 classic favoriteβs, set on free play.
Or, adventure out on the back sound using the 4 sit on top kayaks (life jackets included ) and take in natureβs incredible sites. Enjoy the convenience of the Backyard Pier to launch the kayaks, throw in a fishing line or peacefully bird watch. Please carry the kayaks out to the pier, dragging the kayaks ruins them. We provide the kayaks for added fun, please be respectful and donβt damage them.
Park style charcoal grill on back patio available for use. You will need to bring charcoal to use.
