Coastal lux with a soulful vibe, Soul Beach House is a recently renovated designer home specifically designed for family and friends to kick off their shoes, slow down, relax and live like a Sunny Coast local with all the conveniences at your door-step. This home comfortably sleeps 6 people across 3 bedrooms, with all the trimmings you would expect from a lux getaway, including gorgeous linen and natural body and hair products to indulge.
As soon as you enter the front door you will know you have found something special to share with your loved ones and friends, with inspiring global treasures at every corner and calming greenery throughout. A free-flowing layout that blurs the boundary between inside and out. From long afternoons lounging in the super comfy lounge, or wine and cheese on the timber deck surrounded by tropical gardens and Alex Forest backdrop.
Soak up the Sunshine Coast weather all year round with the magnesium plunge pool with the family and friends. Or head to the beach or bike ride and then relax under the indulgent outside hand forged copper shower. Note: The property is dual living and includes two dwellings: Soul Beach House available here for holiday stay, plus Soul Beach Bungalow, (a 1 bedroom unit accessible by separate gated access and designated car parking).
• Strictly no parties, additional guests, gatherings, hens or bucks parties. This is NOT a party house. Maximum of 6 people at any time. (Including adults & children over the age of 5 years).

Sleeps 6 - Venture upstairs for three bedrooms conveniently separated from the entertaining downstairs.

Main bathroom upstairs services Bedroom 2 and 3, plus a downstairs powder room with toilet and vanity services the entertaining area.
• Kitchen:
Fully equipped with everything you need for an easy holiday getaway, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, electric fry pan, blender, toastie, and jug right down to the serving platters to entertain like a Coast local. Even the toaster has been selected to maximise your experience – think toasted bagels and specialty breads fresh from the French baker at the end of the street.
• Dining:
Open plan dining and living, with 6 seater round timber dining table for relaxed entertaining.
• Lounge:
Smart TV with Wi-Fi plus FREE Netflix & Kayo Sports means that you will be spoilt for choice. A small bluetooth speaker allows you to relax and enjoy.
• Alfresco:
Fully covered large alfresco area with outdoor dining and relaxed lounging, plus BBQ for easy holiday entertaining.
• Pantry:
A full range of tea’s, coffee, and sugar plus the everyday basics such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, cooking spray, foils and plastic wrap are provided. If you are staying a few days please check the pantry before you shop, as you are welcome to use what we provide and what is there.
• Temperature Control:
Airconditioning throughout for cooling & heating, plus ceiling fans throughout to enhance the sea breezes flowing through the extensive sliding doors, louvres and banks of windows. Being constructed from materials that are naturally insulated, means the home maintains a lovely constant temperature all year round.
• Utilities:
Washer, dryer, full size clothesline and ironing facilities makes for a true home away from home.
• WiFi/NBN:
Free unlimited NBN WiFi access to stay connected throughout your stay – with the password waiting for you in the “Welcome Book”.
• Accessibility:
Wide level glass sliding doors with recessed tracks provide level threshold entry to all downstairs areas including the living, dining, kitchen and alfresco, allows for wheel chair accessibility to the ground level of the home, ensuring everyone is welcome. (Please note there is no wheelchair accessible bathroom or bedroom on this level).
• BBQ:
Entertain outdoors with the gas BBQ. (Suggestions for BBQ use are outlined in “Welcome Book”)
• Books & Games:
Fun, relaxation and connection is encouraged with a gorgeous selection of books, magazines, and classic games.
• Smoking:
No smoking permitted within the premises boundary - inside or out.
• Bed Linen:
Pure cotton hotel quality bedding plus vintage washed French linen welcomes you in the bedrooms, while fresh bathroom and beach towels are ready and waiting.
• Bathroom:
Bathroom essentials, plus lux venetian plastered walls and quality fittings and fixtures throughout, create the day-spa feel for your pleasure. These finishes benefit from your respect though, to ensure that the next guest gets the same amazing experience as you. Please avoid use of hair dyes, spray tans and any other chemical treatments that may react with these luxury surfaces.
• Back Yard:
Your own private magnesium plunge pool and day bed pavilion in the fully fenced grassed and tropical landscaped private rear yard backing onto bushland. Gated side access so you can come home from the beach, a surf, a ride, or a run, drop off your board or bike and jump straight under the outdoor shower with soothing rain head, lovingly hand forged from copper by a local artisan, specifically for Soul Beach House ………and your pleasure.
• Parking:
Off-street undercover carport parking for 2 vehicles MAX 2.1m height is offered exclusive to our guests and is separate to the designated car park utilised by the Beach Bungalow Guests.
• Neighborhood:
A safe and friendly neighborhood where locals stroll past on their way to the end of the street, to the beach, the local cafes, restaurants, grocery, bar, parkland and much more. A 415m flat stroll from your front door will have you with a coffee in one hand, French pastry in the other and your toes in the sand.
• Transport:
Bus stop is 300m flat easy stroll away and Courtesy buses will call to your doorstep for Alex and Mooloolaba Surf Clubs. Phone numbers for Courtesy buses are in the "Information Drawer".
• Extended Stays:
For guests staying 2 weeks or more we do a complimentary clean throughout, including bathrooms, toilets and floors, coordinated for your convenience. Bed Linen changes for those staying more than one week is available on request at a small fee of $35. Alternatively, we provide enough linen for guests wanting to wash for themselves in the washing machine provided.
• Information Drawer:
To assist you to experience all that is on offer on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, the “Information Drawer” in the kitchen has lots to offer, including bus timetable, maps, tourist brochures, menu’s and so much more.
COVID-19 & Cleaning:
We go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of our guests, taking care of all the little things. We constantly get 5 stars for cleans and with the world's current concerns with regards to cleanliness and hygiene, we are now going to extra lengths.
Our home is professionally cleaned by a registered cleaning company that is following strict Government Health Department guidelines with regards to products and surfaces cleaned between guests stays. Including all surfaces, light switches, door handles/knobs and remote controls. Our Australian Govt Health infection Control Training COVID-19 certificates are in our “Welcome Book” for your viewing. NOTE:
This property is not suitable for Children under 5 yrs, owing to the dual living with Soul Beach Bungalow next door.
If you are planning your trip here at Soul Beach House with children, please be aware that there is a staircase up to the three bedrooms and there is no safety lockable gates at either end of the stairway. The stair balustrade is stainless steel cable with a single timber top handrail.
We want you to enjoy the plunge pool during your stay, so please follow the pool rules that are in place for your safety. These can be found in the instructions booklet that you will find on your arrival.
Please refer to our photos, so you can judge for yourself the suitability of the property for your needs. If you intend to have any guests visit, please ensure that you notify them of the need for infants and children to be fully supervised at Soul Beach House.
Please be aware that the kitchen and laundry cupboards contain cleaning products, such as detergent, antibacterial sprays, washing powder/tablets, insect spray, etc. We do not have child safety locks on these cupboards and so supervision of children is essential.

This 3 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with TV, Bedding/Linens, Entertainment, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. The rental House has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms to make you feel right at home.
