UTILITIES DEPOSIT Utilities deposit will be collected during check-in in pesos cash at the rate of 40% of total rental cost. The cost of any damaged or lost items (if any) will be deducted from this Utilities Deposit based on the prices in the inventory list. The cost of utilities will be deducted from the Utilities Deposit. The balance of the Utilities Deposit after deducting any damages or lost item and the cost of utilities will be refunded at check-out. If the Utilities Deposit is not enough to pay for the cost of damages or lost items and utilities, then additional cash payment in Philippine pesos will be required at check-out. To pay for the time of our Property Manager (as she has other work to do) and to be sure we are dealing only with customers who have confirmed they are OK with our price and payment terms, please pay our Property Manager 450 pesos viewing fee at the lobby before going up to see the unit. If you are able to at least pay the Security Deposit or full payment in pesos cash during the viewing, then this 450 pesos viewing fee will be immediately refunded. Mesa to buy a SurfMax pocket Wifi (based on your number of days of stay) to load the router SIM Card. If the tenant does not want to incur the 50 pesos handling fee, he/she can go to SM City Sta. Mesa to do this. 2 SWIMMING POOLS ON THE GROUND FLOOR (7 am to 9 pm) Outdoor adult and children swimming pools located at the ground floor. FITNESS GYM ON THE 27TH FLOOR (6 am to 10 pm) Stay fit and healthy at the gym. Exclusive for the unit owners and tenants, and their registered residents. If you are not using the gym, you need not pay for any gym charges. Rates per head: A. Daily Fee - 56 pesos (about US$1.25) B. Monthly Membership Fee - 560 pesos C. Annual Membership Fee - 5,600 pesos Gym pass must be secured from the Property Management Office for Monthly and Annual members.
