Vacation in style in our newly built custom designed luxury modern estate. With 4000 square feet under soaring ceilings and situated on a large over half acre lot, you will enjoy vacationing in your very own private resort. Perfect for families, group vacations, golf outings and more. Almost everything in this home is brand new. Luxury amenities include gourmet chef’s kitchen with DCS gas range, griddle, double ovens, wine fridge, coffee station and massive kitchen island with seating for 6. The great room with 17ft ceilings and large 86" TV is spacious enough to accommodate everyone in your group all at once. Step out of the great room into the huge resort-style, ultra private courtyard with luxurious heated pool with baja deck great for lounging the day away in our famous Scottsdale Sun. Courtyard is an entertainer’s dream with built-in gas BBQ, fireplace and firepit, dining area, 3 hole putting green and 6 person above ground hot-tub. Plenty of outdoor seating areas, lounge chairs and outdoor recreation including golf, pool volleyball, corn-hole and more. Luxury bedding and large screen smart TV’s in each bedroom. Also included, in-home washer and dryer, free high speed WiFi internet, everything you need to have an amazing Scottsdale vacation! This property truly offers all the luxuries of a 5-star resort with the privacy and comforts of home.
BEDROOMS
Master Suite – The expansive master suite contains a luxurious king size bed plus a private sitting area where you can cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and read a good book or watch your favorite movie on the large smart tv. The spacious en-suite master bath is like your very own private spa. You can relax in the large luxurious soaking tub while gazing at the fireplace or enjoy a shower for two in the huge double shower equipped with 4 shower heads including two relaxing rain shower heads. Off the master bath is a huge walk-in closet. You’ll enjoy your own private entrance to pool/spa area from the master suite as well.
Bedroom 2 – Bedroom 2 is really like a second master suite containing a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large smart TV.
Bedroom 3 – “The bunkhouse” can sleep up to 6 people. There are four twin bunk beds, one twin trundle bed and one futon. Great space for all the kids to have their very own slumber party, game room or to watch their favorite movies on the large smart TV. There is an en-suite Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 4 and a walk-in closet. The bunkhouse beds with comfortable plush memory foam mattresses are suitable for many but not all adults. For safety reasons there are weight restrictions on the two top bunks.

House has self closing pool safety doors and gates, but please always watch your children around water! POOL HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED. The cost to heat the pool is typically around $75- $150 per day depending on the time of year and is available October – May.
