The space
This beautiful 7th floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo has amazing views of the ocean, beach and the pool area. It has a 300 sqft balcony, well stocked kitchen and sectional furniture. Both bedrooms have comfortable King size Beds.
When you stay at the Sonoran Sea Resort you have access to amenities that include 3 pools (one with a swim-up pool bar), 2 hot tubs, gymnasium, pickleball/tennis court, and basketball hoop. Large grass lawn areas adorned with flowers and palm trees make for amazing photo backdrops throughout and fine SANDY BEACH with beautiful calm warm waters from the Sea of Cortez is steps from the property.
Discover many fun restaurants and easy to access to grocery stores in the area, including a Sams Club. A convenience store are located right on the property of the Sonoran Sea Resort. Access to free concierge services for Zip-Line Tours, Scuba Diving, Kayaking, 3 Golf courses , Eco Tour boat for Sunset Cruises and Day trips to Isla San Jorge to see the porpoises, sea lions, whales in our bountiful 'Aquarium of the Sea' as named by Jaques Cousteau!

An exception may be made with prior owner approval. Approved additional credentials and an additional cash security deposit may be required to rent.
**NO EVENTS**
Please remember Sonoran Sea has the highest standards to protect the enjoyment of your stay; thus, the HOA of the Sonoran Sea Resort has placed strict rules on the Maximum number of guests & for our 2 Bedroom Condo; which is 6 adults (children under 5 years old do not count). Security will turn you away at the gates if you have more than 6 people in your party due to the HOA rules and regulations.
Renters are not allowed to have pets with them on the property. If you need to arrange a place for your pet to stay there is a great pet hotel in town.
We reserve the right without penalty, or restrictions if, due to unforeseen circumstances, our condo at the Sonoran Sea becomes unavailable for rental to guests. Due to unscheduled maintenance out of our control in order to make your stay more pleasant; such as HVAC Failure, Plumbing Failure. Our liability shall be limited to the refund of any deposits or other rental amounts previously paid. We will only do this in the most extenuating circumstances. We do this to secure your stay at Sonoran Sea and to not impact your vacation plans as much as we possibly can.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY FAILURE OF EQUIPMENT THAT NEEDS REPAIRS WHILE YOU ARE IN THE CONDO. WE TAKE GREAT MEASURES & EFFORTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY; HOWEVER, THINGS DO BREAK DOWN FROM TIME TO TIME AND WE WILL DO OUR VERY BEST EFFORTS TO REPAIR DURING YOUR STAY TO MINIMIZE IMPACT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Including but not limited to Resort Amenities, WI-FI, Telephone, HVAC, Grill, Plumbing, etc...)
Per Sonoran Sea HOA Rules & Regulations:
-Only persons staying at the Sonoran Sea Resort wearing the proper wristband are allowed to use the common areas such as swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and BBQ grills.
-The swimming pools and jacuzzi on the property may not be used after 10 PM.
-Hanging towels or clothes on the rails of the patio is strictly prohibited.
- All Off-Road Vehicles have a specially designated parking area inside the gates of the Sonoran Seaand are secure with our 24 hour Security Staff & the gates remain closed.
- No Loud music and/or noises after 10:00 pm.
-Screaming, loud noises, and loud music are prohibited on Sonoran Sea property.
-Throwing any objects from the balcony is prohibited.
-Nudity, impudent acts, and indecency are prohibited on the property.
-Driving any vehicle on the beach is strictly prohibited.
-No pets allowed to guests who are renting. However, there are owners who have pets & there is a leash requirement.
- Gas and propane tanks are not allowed anywhere on the Sonoran Sea property.
-No Smoking in the condo or on any area of Sonoran Sea property. Per Mexico law, you are permitted to smoke outside the front gates of the resort or on the beach.
-Fireworks and/or firearms are not allowed on the Sonoran Sea property or the beach.
-Supervise your children when in and around all pools, spa, and grounds.
-Obey all the laws of Mexico as well as the HOA rules and regulations listed here and posted around the resort.
-Please DO NOT disconnect or change any cables, plugs, or cords connected to WI-FI, Phones, or TVs inside the condo.
-No glass, glass containers, or glass bottles in the pool or the surrounding area of the Sonoran Sea Resort.
