1,150 sq ft main floor living space 500 sq ft covered patio Driveway parking for 5 vehicles + street parking for 3 vehicles 15 Min drive to dwntwn Fully stocked and equipped kitchen Safe & quiet neighborhood 5 Minutes to I-90 I live in the unit below the main floor home, which is completely closed off and private. You will not see or hear me unless needed.
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am just a phone call or message away if needed. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.
Located in a quaint mid-century neighborhood that is quiet yet close to I-90 gives you quick access to all of the fun things to do in the Spokane area.
The entire main floor living space includes the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom & laundry room w/ add'l sink&toilet. Also included is full use of backyard-patio outdoor living space. Garage is not included for guest access. The door to the lower level is locked & leads to my private unit.
