Summary: Based on other reviews I was worried about the cleanliness. While there were some minor stains on the sheets, they definitely were clean and new. Building is on an older part of downtown, with bus stops right next to it and near the parking. Parking is $30/night across the road next to Hotel Indigo which isn't bad if you aren't there for too many days. Very good distance from all the arenas and lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well. Didn't have any issues with noise from the road or from other guests. It's normal city noises from the road and nothing outlandish. Bed was quite comfortable. Shower curtain didn't run to the floor and had issues with water getting on the floor. Would've benefited from extra counter space in the bathroom. Kitchen was nice. Liked the code for entrance, better than carrying a key around. Building itself is definitely old and in need of upkeep and maintenance. Elevators made awful noises and were clean, but not well-maintained. Outside keypad needs replacing, wasn't as touch sensitive. Front desk staff was friendly, though.
